Sheet C-001 — Contact

You want a price before a pencil moves. Here’s how to get one.

Pick up the phone with the sketch still creased from your back pocket, or type out what’s on the desk. Either way, the answer comes back as one flat fee in writing, and the first line gets drawn only after you’ve said yes.

Sheet C-002 — The scoping request

Tell us what’s on your desk. A flat fee comes back.

Describe the job

Say what you’re drawing, what you’re holding and when it has to be filed. We answer within one business day, then ask for photos and scans by email.

The fee is written down before drawing begins. Two revision rounds sit inside it. A rush, 48 hours, adds $96.

Sheet C-004 — Before you hit send

Small questions, short answers

How soon will I hear back?

Within one business day, with a flat fee and a short list of anything missing from your measurements.

Can I just call?

Yes: (212) 929-7333. Describe the job with the sketch in your hand and we’ll price it as you talk.

Where do photos and scans go?

Once we’ve replied, send them to team@kallikratesdrafting.com. PDFs, phone photos and laser-measure lists are all welcome.

Do you stamp the drawings?

No. We draft; your registered architect or engineer reviews, seals and files.

Sheet C-999 — Ready to plot?

The sketch on your desk could be a plotted sheet by next week.

Tell us what you have. You get a flat fee in writing, then the first sheets arrive while the pencil lines are still fresh in your head.
